(3/25 Update) [For New Students] Announcement of Freshers’ Camp 2026

To All Incoming Students of The Faculty of International Studies,
国際学部新入生の皆さん

This is a reminder regarding the Freshers’ Camp.
フレッシャーズキャンプについてのリマインドです。

■Date: Tuesday, March 31st, 13:00~18:00
■日時：3月31日(火)　13:00~18:00

■Meeting Time and Place: Please come to the Gymnasium by 12:30 p.m.
*Reception starts at 12:30 p.m. Make sure to be on time!
*Please get off the Enoden Bus at “明治学院⼤学正⾨ (Meiji Gakuin Daigaku Seimon)”, which is near the convenience store 7-Eleven.
■集合時間・場所：12：30までに体育館前に集合してください。
*受付開始は12：30です。時間厳守でお越しください！
※江ノ電バス「明治学院⼤学正⾨」バス停（セブンイレブンの近く）下車。

■江ノ電バス時刻表 ※3/25 Update
戸塚駅（中州のりば）→明治学院大学南門（急行）
・江ノ電バスのHPでもお知らせが出ていますので、ご確認ください。
・混雑等により臨時直行便が利用できない場合は、通常便もご利用いただけますが、なるべく直行便をご利用ください。

※「明治学院⼤学正⾨」バス停（セブンイレブンの近く）下車。

■ What to Bring ※3/25 Update
Student ID Card / Indoor Shoes / Writing Utensils / Notebook / Drink / Raincoat (if needed)
＊The “MAIN Account Notification” will be sent via UCARO on Thursday, the 26th, where you can check your student ID number.
Student ID cards are scheduled to be mailed on Saturday, the 28th. If your card has not arrived by Tuesday, the 31st, please save a screenshot or similar record showing your student ID number and have it ready to present at reception.
■ 持ち物 ※3/25 更新
学生証／室内履き／筆記用具／ノート／飲み物／雨具（雨天時）
※「MAINアカウント通知書」は、UCARO経由で26日（木）に配信予定です。こちらで学籍番号をご確認いただけます。
学生証は28日（土）に発送予定です。31日（火）当日までにお手元に届かない場合は、学籍番号が確認できるよう、通知画面のスクリーンショット等を保存のうえ、受付時にご提示いただけますようお願いいたします。

＊Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
※ 動きやすい服装・靴で来てください。

If you cannot attend the “Freshers’ Camp”, please contact the Office of the Faculty of International Studies by email <by March 23rd, 2026 (Monday>, including the following four details: (1) Full name, (2) 10-digit student registration number, (3) Department of enrollment, (4) Reason for absence.

※やむを得ず「フレッシャーズキャンプ」を欠席する場合は【2026年3⽉23⽇（月）まで】に、(1) ⽒名、(2) ⼊学⼿続番号10桁、(3) ⼊学学科、(4) ⽋席理由の４点を明記の上、国際学部事務室へご連絡ください。
